Shipping and Delivery Information

We usually provide deliveries to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China. But due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the deliveries to Brunei, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Macau, and Taiwan has been suspended until further notice.

For any other international deliveries, please email us at sales@gotravel-outdoor.com to inform us about the product or products that you would like to buy, and we will quote you a shipping fee on that. Should you agree with the shipping fee, we will email you an order link to proceed with the payment.

Self Collect At Our Outlet

Self collection or pick up of your order is only available at our Aboo Sittee Lane outlet in Penang, Malaysia. You may select a collection time which at least 24 hours after your order to pick up your order at the outlet.

Deliveries Within Malaysia

We provide free deliveries to West Malaysia if the order value is equal to or above RM80. The deliveries to Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan are serviced by POS Malaysia, the deliveries via POS Malaysia to Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan will take up to 3 weeks time. 

Deliveries to Singapore

We provide the delivery service to Singapore via reputable courier service companies. The deliveries lead time is 7 to 10 working days. 

The shipping fees will be displayed depending on weight of merchandise during checkout.  

You may message us if you prefer a cheaper and slower method, we will source for lower price shipping.

*Shipping Fee does not include any custom duty or tax that may be levied by your country, we will deliver your order as a sample as it is usually duty or tax free.

How do I track my order after it is shipped?

You will be sent an email with information on tracking number and tracking website after your order has been dispatched. You can trace the order from the tracking website.
